Riverchase Baptist Church is located in the heart of the Riverchase community, at the corner of Riverchase  Parkway and Old Montgomery Highway in Hoover, Al.  We like to call ourselves "the little church on the hill." We believe Riverchase Baptist Church is a place where you can find friends and the answers to life's greatest questions! We want everyone who enters our doors to know they Belong there regardless of their past, their triumphs, their failures or their fears. We will do all we can to help you Believe  that God loves you and has a plan for your life. And finally, we want to help you Become  the passionate follower of Christ that we read about in the New Testament.

What to Expect When Visiting Riverchase Baptist Church...
 
When you visit RBC, we want you to feel at "home" - a place where you are comfortable to dress casually or wear a coat and tie; a place where you don't feel lost in the crowd; a place where people genuinely care about you and about God. We place a high priority on worship so we do our best to glorify God through exploring and understanding His word, singing praise to His name, and loving each other. Whether you visit our Blended worship service on Sunday mornings, or our Contemporary worship service on Sunday nights, we won't draw attention to you - our attention is on God! We want to provide a place where you can focus on Him too. Now that you've checked us out online, we hope you check us out in person.

What About My Children ????
 
                          
 

Classes for preschoolers and children are available during the 9:30 a.m. Sunday School hour & the 10:30 a.m. Worship hour.      Sunday school classes for birth through 3-year-olds are also available during the Sunday School hour.

To check your child into Riverchase Baptist, go to the Lower Entrance of the church building. There is an a welcome area inside those doors with people who will take you to the appropriate classroom. At that time you will be asked to fill out a numbered security sticker — one for parents and one for your children.

By Profession of Faith  -  If you have not publicly acknowledged Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today and follow Christ's example of baptism by immersion.

By Transfer of Membership  -  If you are a member of another Baptist congregation and sense God leading you to join with this family, we welcome you to join with us by transfer of membership from your previous church.
 
By Statement of Faith  -  If your membership records are not available and you have received baptism by immersion already, we will gladly accept you for membership based on your statement of faith and baptism.
 

 

You may express your desire to become a church member by:
  •  Coming forward and sharing your decision with a minister at the end of one of our worship services.
  •  Meeting with a minister after the service.
  •  Scheduling an appointment with a minister in the church office.
